This series of electric magnetic hardness tester is divided into three types: electric magnetic Brinell hardness tester, electric magnetic Rockwell hardness tester and electric magnetic Brinell & Rockwell hardness tester. The test methods and test accuracy of the three instruments comply with ISO 6506, ISO 6508, ASTM E10, ASTM E18, and ASTM E110. According to the traditional Brinell hardness test method, the instrument extrudes the indentation according to the specified conditions, and then obtains the accurate Brinell hardness value through the optical measurement method. The Rockwell hardness test method in accordance with the provisions of ISO 6508, ASTM E18 can be used to test the surface hardness of thin-walled small-diameter tubes. Together with the ball head test bench, it can also be used to test the steel balls of coal mills. These functions can meet the needs of most hardness tests in the power industry. The simplified Rockwell hardness test can realize the simultaneous display of Rockwell hardness value and converted Brinell hardness value with one key operation.
