During operation, ensure that the oil level is always flush with the steps in the cylinder. Press out the pressure head while replenishing oil into the cylinder until the pressure head is pushed out by about 10 ~ 12mm.
Use a syringe to extract about 1 / 2 of the oil in the cylinder. Put in the oil bag. At this time, excess oil should overflow from around the oil bag, which indicates that the oil in the oil cylinder is full. If there is no excess oil spilling around the oil bag, take out the oil bag, fill some oil and then put it into the oil bag. At this time, there should be excess oil spilling around the oil bag.
Quickly screw in and tighten the oil bag nut. Cover the cylinder head and tighten it.
Open the pressure relief valve.
Shake the crank to push the indenter back to the initial state.
Close the pressure relief valve. Pressurize to 3000kg. Open the pressure relief valve.
Repeat the pressurization operation of the previous step for 5 ~ 10 times to discharge a small amount of air brought into the hydraulic system due to oil change.
Wipe the residual oil on the probe and probe support with a soft cloth and detergent. The oil change operation is over.
Note: the hydraulic oil shall be sae50 hydraulic oil of Mobil company.
