PHBR-200 series digital magnetic Brinell & Rockwell hardness tester is a portable hardness tester product independently developed by our company and patented by many countries, which can be applied to Brinell or Rockwell hardness testing one by one on the production site. The product adopts strong magnetic method to fix the instrument and the tested part, and ensure the accuracy of test force loading. Due to the particularity of this product, there are several safety matters. Please understand them before use to avoid unnecessary losses.

1、 Sliding of instrument

Although the weight of this series products is much smaller than that of other hardness testing machines, after all, it is mainly made of steel materials, and the weight is up to 5.3kg. Falling from a height will still hurt the user and the instrument itself. Therefore, please place the instrument in a flat and stable place when it is not in use to prevent slipping; In the process of use, it should be noted that the instrument should be held firmly when detecting the curved surface or inclined surface, especially when the magnetic switch is closed to prevent the damage caused by the sliding of the instrument.

2、 Strong magnetic problem

This hardness tester can produce strong magnetic field when used. When the magnetic switch is turned off, the magnetic field forms a closed circuit inside the hardness tester and does not show magnetism externally. After the magnetic switch is turned on, the magnetic field of the hardness tester is opened to the outside world, and the hardness tester is equivalent to a strong magnet. At this time, if you are not careful, the hardness tester will suddenly rush into the nearby steel products, which may cause personal injury and damage to the hardness tester. Therefore, the following safety regulations shall be strictly observed during the storage and use of hardness tester:

(1). Only after the hardness tester is stably placed on the base iron or steel workpiece can the magnetic switch be turned on. In other cases, the magnetic switch should be placed in the "off" state.

(2). During the test force application, if the magnetic attraction is insufficient, the hardness tester may be disconnected from the workpiece. At this time, turn off the magnetic switch immediately.

(3). During normal operation, it should be easy to turn on the magnetic switch. When it feels very laborious, find out the reason first, and do not forcibly toggle the magnetic switch.

3、 Charging problem

This hardness tester is equipped with a charger and should be used in accordance with the charger instructions. In addition, the following provisions shall be observed:

1. The charger can only use the power supply specified on the body.

2. Do not use near water.

3. Do not disassemble the charger.
