The customer's inspection period is 7 working days from the receipt of the goods, and the manufacturing defects and quality problems of the products can be raised within 7 working days. After confirmation with the manufacturer, the products can be exchanged or repaired free of charge. If the replaced or repaired products are found with manufacturing defects and quality problems again during the inspection period, they can be returned after confirming with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for the freight incurred in the whole process and other related expenses arising from the import.
1. The warranty period ends when the customer has received the goods for more than 12 months. If the product needs maintenance service, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the maintenance labor cost and accessories cost. The customer is responsible for the round-trip freight and other related expenses arising from the maintenance.
2. Please carefully check the operating rules in the manual before operation. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Consumables;
Damage caused by obvious wrong operation;
Non-TX Company professional maintenance personnel carry out instrument damage beyond the scope of disassembly allowed in the product manual.
