So a lot of customers will experience some typical problems after a long time of use, such as needle stuck. When you have a stuck needle, and then you need to do as follows:
1.To press the small button above and below the dial to see if the needle can move( please see the picture 1 and picture 2). If it can move. It is OK. If can not, do step 2
2.To move the plastic cap on the dial and disassemble and install the needle again. If the needle can move, it is OK, if not, do step 3
3.To see if the dial is vertical to its below sheet of frame.( see picture 3) if not vertical, the needle was stuck. But you can not repair it by yourself.
